2. No Refund Policy

  • You are banned or suspended from any game or platform.
  • You claim the product did not meet your expectations.
  • Your system is incompatible with our software.
  • You fail to follow setup instructions.
  • You experience downtime due to software maintenance or detection.

3. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By purchasing from Unbanned.gg, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals through PayPal, your bank, or any other payment provider. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban your account from using any of our products.
  • Blacklist your HWID and IP address from future purchases.
  • Pursue legal action to recover lost revenue and damages.
  • Submit evidence (including logs and transaction history) to the payment processor to have the dispute ruled in our favor.

4. License & Usage Restrictions

  • Our products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or shared.
  • Any attempt to tamper with, reverse-engineer, or modify our software will result in an immediate ban without refund.
  • We are not responsible for any bans, penalties, or losses resulting from the use of our products.
  • Lifetime licenses refer to the lifetime of the product, not your lifetime. If we decide to discontinue the product, no compensation or refund will be provided.

5. Service Availability & Liability

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime of our products and services.
  • Our products are provided “as is” without any warranties.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use of our products.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
